Dream Food provides an online platform that enables users to purchase groceries and related products from local dark stores and have them delivered to their location within a specified timeframe (subject to operational constraints).

3. User Accounts

If you create an account on the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method in accordance with our return policies.
